PSG Nears Signing of Mika Godts from Ajax

Paris Saint-Germain have moved a step closer to another major signing in this summer’s window, striking a verbal agreement with Ajax for highly rated talent Mika Godts.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano reported on X that PSG have reached a verbal agreement with the Dutch club to sign Godts, declaring: “The deal is done!”

According to Romano, PSG’s latest official offer finally hit the mark, with the two clubs shaking hands on a fee of €55 million. That figure underlines how strongly the French champions view the player and their determination to get the deal over the line.

There is still one key formality: the paperwork. Romano stressed that documents have not yet been exchanged between the clubs, even though the agreement on the structure of the transfer is already in place.

For now, it is a verbal pact and a clear statement of intent from PSG in a market where they show no sign of easing off.
