In an official statement, the Turkish club denied any interest in Stuttgart striker Ermedin Demirovic and rubbished talk of a €100 million package — salary included — to sign Leao from Milan. No such deal, no such plan, they insist.

Nunez nears Besiktas, Lyon move for Openda

The Turkish market is stirring as well. Journalist Sacha Tavolieri reports that Darwin Nunez is closing in on a move from Al-Hilal to Besiktas this window. The Uruguay striker is said to be nearing agreement on personal terms with the Istanbul giants, though the fee and structure of the deal for Al-Hilal remain unclear.
