Mohamed Salah Shines in Trabzonspor Victory

Mohamed Salah wasted no time announcing himself in Turkey, hitting a decisive brace as Trabzonspor edged Istanbul Basaksehir 2-1.

The former Liverpool star, who signed a two-year deal at the start of August, had eased his way in with a substitute appearance in last week’s 1-1 draw at Kasimpasa. This time he was in from the start. This time he took control.

Given his first start for the club, Salah struck early, opening the scoring in the eighth minute to ignite the home crowd and instantly justify the decision to promote him to the XI.
